This is a great cutting board. Use the recessed side for you meats and the back for produce & vegetables.  Hickory or Hard Maple

Easy to Clean:

- Use soap & water rinse

- If you used it with meat, then while wet use sprinkle Kosher or Sea Salt on both sides, split a lemon, and use both halves to scour the entire board

- Then rinse thoroughly

- Stand up to dry (NEVER LEAVE IT LAYING FLAT WHILE NOT IN USE)

Maintain your Cutting Board, Rolling Pin, or Butcher Block with Mineral Oil USP from the Pharmacy Isle. When the item feels dry, then apply a coat of Mineral Oil USP all over it. Wait 3-4 hours and wipe off excess.

MINERAL OIL USP - DO NOT USE ANY OTHER KIND. Your wood will thank you.
